Francoise is not only a dedicated and caring hostess, but also has considerable skills as a cook, as one can read in her recipe-book "Les délices de Rodrigues". She specializes in traditional island style dishes. Her delicious meals are prepared only with the finest of ingredients such as organically farmed vegetables from her own garden, fresh seafood harvested by local fishermen in the lagoon and a free range of poultries from her own farmyard.
